books2theskyRecipe from The Sexy Chef Cookbook, using cauliflower as a rice substitute.
It came out less-than-perfect in my opinion--edible, but could be greatly improved now that I've cooked it once and I have a better idea of what I'm doing, what the process is, how the ingredients go together--so I'll hold off on posting the recipe until I've made a version I'm more satisfied with.
