Super Easy Fake Grilled Cheese Sandwich

books2theskyJust ideated and then tried this. It is indeed delicious and a perfectly acceptable substitute for a traditional grilled cheese sandwich. :D
ingredients:
2 pieces of flat bread
~4 slices of Quickmelt cheese
1) toast bread in toaster
2) arrange cheese slices as sandwich filling between the toasted pieces of bread
3) microwave the sandwich for ~15 seconds
Voila! Warm melty cheese and toasted bread sandwich, a.k.a. a very close approximation of a grilled cheese sandwich, with no butter, no grill, and no trouble at all. :D
