Cooked Today: Ham & Egg Cups

Recipe from here, but using ham instead of bacon (since that's what we had in the fridge).
6 pcs sliced ham
6 eggs
muffin tin
olive oil

6 pcs sliced ham

olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Lightly grease muffin tin with olive oil.
- Tear a piece of ham in half. Arrange the halves so they're lining one of the muffin tin's depressions. Repeat five more times.
- Crack an egg into each ham-lined cup.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
